# LocateRight > Location intelligence and site selection built on raw, provenance-labeled geodata. > LocateRight publishes no scores, rankings, verdicts or recommendations. Every measurement > carries its source, its dataset version and the date it was retrieved. Judgements about a > location are the reader's to make. ## What this is not LocateRight is not a scoring engine, not a demand-prediction tool, and not a recommendation system. It does not rate neighbourhoods, rank streets, or forecast sales. If you need a single number that tells you where to open, this is the wrong product. ## Pages - [/](https://locateright.online/): Interactive site analysis UI: search a place, inspect places, population, land cover, competitors and access around a point. - [/pricing](https://locateright.online/pricing): Plan comparison and current analysis allowances. - [/guide](https://locateright.online/guide): How to read the map, the layers, the scale references and the provenance panel. - [/about](https://locateright.online/about): What LocateRight is, which data sources feed the analysis, and the raw-data philosophy behind publishing no scores. - [/bulk](https://locateright.online/bulk): Upload a CSV of addresses and receive one comparable observation table per site. - [/site-selection](https://locateright.online/site-selection): Evaluating candidate locations against measurable evidence rather than a single proprietary score. - [/location-intelligence](https://locateright.online/location-intelligence): What location intelligence is, and what a place can be examined for: density, population, land cover, access. - [/business-location-analysis](https://locateright.online/business-location-analysis): The dossier around one specific point: places, category density, population, land cover, access. - [/trade-area-analysis](https://locateright.online/trade-area-analysis): Bounding a catchment by distance, drawn area or measured drive time, then reading the evidence inside it. - [/competitor-analysis](https://locateright.online/competitor-analysis): Category-matched competitors around a location, with distance, white space and co-location checks. - [/business-expansion-analysis](https://locateright.online/business-expansion-analysis): Running a site portfolio as a re-checkable pipeline: campaigns, dated snapshots, change diffs. - [/restaurant-location-analysis](https://locateright.online/restaurant-location-analysis): Restaurant-specific site analysis: surrounding food places, category density, opening hours where published, and population. - [/foot-traffic](https://locateright.online/foot-traffic): What public pedestrian count data covers and does not: continuous counts at fixed sensors, twice-a-year screenline sampling, hourly vendor-collected counts, and why device density is not a headcount. - [/coffee-shop-location-analysis](https://locateright.online/coffee-shop-location-analysis): Coffee-shop-specific site analysis: cafes, coffee shops, bakeries and pastry places nearby, category density, hours where published, and the limits of a residential population count. - [/how-to-choose-a-business-location](https://locateright.online/how-to-choose-a-business-location): An eight-step, evidence-first method for choosing a business location. - [/methodology](https://locateright.online/methodology): How LocateRight's measurements are produced: what each figure is, what it is not, and where each pipeline stage can fail. - [/data-sources](https://locateright.online/data-sources): Every ingested dataset, its publisher, its licence, and whether that licence has been reviewed and approved for commercial use. - [/data-sources/worldpop](https://locateright.online/data-sources/worldpop): WorldPop gridded population: how the radius sum is computed, the ~100 m resolution limit, and why a headcount is not a customer count. - [/data-sources/overture-places](https://locateright.online/data-sources/overture-places): Overture Places place records: coverage, how duplicates with OpenStreetMap are reconciled into one set, and CDLA Permissive 2.0 terms. - [/data-sources/openstreetmap](https://locateright.online/data-sources/openstreetmap): OpenStreetMap POI data under ODbL: attribution and the share-alike obligation that makes it the one source whose licence travels with your export. - [/data-sources/esa-worldcover](https://locateright.online/data-sources/esa-worldcover): ESA WorldCover 10 m land cover classes, annual release cadence, and why land cover is not land use. - [/data-sources/google-open-buildings](https://locateright.online/data-sources/google-open-buildings): Google Open Buildings and Microsoft footprints: a count-only sum across two stores, reported as absent where neither store covers a region. - [/trade-area/drive-time-methodology](https://locateright.online/trade-area/drive-time-methodology): How drive-time reachability is measured: sampled origins, 10/15/20 minute bands, and how unroutable points are excluded and counted. - [/contact](https://locateright.online/contact): How to reach LocateRight about a data correction, a licensing question, a bulk run, or a security issue -- and what to include so it can be answered properly. - [/portfolio](https://locateright.online/portfolio): Agency portfolio health: one view across every saved client campaign -- last snapshot, what changed since, and which clients have not been re-measured. Read from stored snapshots only; no new analysis and no Google request. ## Citable source material - https://locateright.online/methodology - how each measurement is produced, and where the method can fail. - https://locateright.online/data-sources - every dataset with publisher, licence and licence review status. ## Attribution Datasets carry their own licences, shown per record and attached to exports.
