Everything is listed on every plan. Higher plans unlock the tools and raise the monthly allowances — nothing is removed. Prices are provisional.
Every LocateRight plan runs the same analysis engine and reads the same open datasets: WorldPop for population, Overture Places for nearby businesses, OpenStreetMap for roads and walkability, Google Open Buildings for building footprints, and ESA WorldCover for land cover. Plans differ in monthly allowances and which tools are unlocked — never in the quality or completeness of the evidence.
Every figure returned is labeled with the dataset it came from and the date that dataset was retrieved. There are no composite scores, no rankings, and no automated recommendations. What you get is the raw, sourced evidence for the area you drew, so the decision stays yours.
Each plan carries a monthly allowance measured in credits. When a monthly allowance is exhausted, credits can be purchased as a separate balance to continue. Higher plans raise the allowance and unlock additional tools such as bulk analysis and portfolio health; no feature is ever removed from a plan you already hold.
